In which countries/regions do you deliver?
We deliver our products to all countries within the European Union. For Asia and Pacific, we currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and mainland China.

How long does it take to receive my order in Asia Pacific?
As courier service is used in Asia, you can expect your umbrella to arrive within 1-5 working days. For further inquiries, please contact our customer care representatives at asia@senzumbrellas.com.
Can I order the senz° mini ao, senz° xl and senz° special edition (Draft and Royal Delft) umbrellas from the senz° asia webshop?
senz° xl and special edition (Draft and Royal Delft) umbrellas are now available in our Asian webshop. However, senz° mini ao umbrellas are not yet available in our Asian webshop. Please check our website for updates or if you would like us to inform you, contact us at asia@senzumbrellas.com.
Can I pick up my order at your office?
Unfortunately not. Although we appreciate good company, we try to work as fast as possible. It's faster for us to send your umbrella by our standard system.
I might not be home at the time of delivery, what can I do?
We urge you to fill in a shipping address where your family/friends/colleagues are available to accept the package. The mailman is allowed to deliver your package at adjacent addresses when nobody answers at your address. You'll find a note in your mailbox telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively, the mailman will come back the next day for a second delivery attempt. If delivery is still not possible, you'll be asked to pick up your package or to make an appointment for another delivery. In both cases, you'll receive a written notification in your mailbox.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If damage was visible on the outside of your package, you should reject it immediately. If this is not possible anymore, please contact us at customercare@senzumbrellas.com (for European online orders) or asia@senzumbrellas.com (for Asian/Pacific online orders) to take care of possible warranty issues.
My package should have been delivered, what should I do?
We work with experienced partners in delivery. Therefore, we do not have any direct influence on the speed of delivery. Sometimes delivery just takes a bit longer. To all destinations, service includes the possibility to collect your package at a local pick-up facility when the mailman fails to deliver to you after two delivery attempts. For further inquiries, please contact our customer care representatives at customercare@senzumbrellas.com (European orders) or asia@senzumbrellas.com (Asian orders).
How can I pay for my umbrella?
In our webshop, you can choose from several methods to pay your order. Simply select the method you prefer during ordering. Paypal
Paypal is an online banking system which allows you to transfer money independent of your location. Paypal connects a personal online bank account to your e-mail account. The great advantage is, Paypal also accepts your credit card payments. Transactions in paypal are confirmed directly to us: quick, easy and safe!
Credit card
Simply select Paypal as your payment method and fill in your credit card details. Again, your transaction is confirmed directly to us: quick, easy and safe! If you don't use a Paypal account, you can still pay with your Credit card. Be sure to avoid the Paypal registration system by selecting direct payment by Credit card. Recently, a few reports of errors in the Paypal system have reached us. We double check all our systems and everything works fine. If things do not work properly, please contact Paypal directly.
iDeal
iDeal lets clients of Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING, SNS Bank, Postbank and Fortis Bank pay for their order using a bankcard in the same familiar environment as their online banking system. This system is mostly used by Dutch and Belgian customers. It's fast, reliable and very convenient.

Can I order a senz° umbrella to be sent to Asia Pacific when I stay in the European Union, and vice versa?
Ordering senz° umbrellas to be sent to the Asia Pacific from making senz° orders in the European Union is not possible at the moment. The same goes for making senz° orders in Asia Pacific to have senz° umbrellas sent within the European Union region. This is due to the different webshop operations catered for our different warehouses in the European Union and Asia.
I would prefer a different color/model, can I exchange my senz°?
Of course it is possible for you to exchange the purchased senz° for another model or color. We don't recommend this due to the extra shipping fee that has to be paid by the customer. What we often suggest is to check in your immediate surroundings if there is anyone who wants to take over your purchased senz° (family, colleagues, acquaintances, etc.) so that you can order a new senz° from our webshop.If it's not possible to find someone else to sell / give your senz° to, please contact our customer care department. They will instruct you on how to return the senz° and order a new one.
I want to return my senz° umbrella, what should I do?
Of course we find it very unfortunate when you, for whatever reason, decide not to keep the senz° umbrella. You can return the umbrella within the statutory period of 8 days and send it back to us in the original packaging and plastics including packing list and a little note. Our address is:

Once we have received the package, we will contact you about the amount to be refunded. Shipping fee is not refunded!
I didn't correctly fill out my contact information, what do I do?
It can always happen that you accidentally fill in a wrong or incomplete address so that the order can not be send to you. Our ordering system is very fast and your webshop order will be sent directly to our logistics partner which arranges all of our shipments. They process your order directly into their system, and in most cases, immediately make them ready for shipment. This happens automatically and they don't check the addresses at for hand! If you find out instantly on Monday to Friday during office hours please contact us at +31 (0)15-256 20 04 to let us know. It is possible that we can still change it for you. If you find out later, or it is evening / weekend please send an email to customercare@senzumbrellas.com At that time we can't do anything more to change it and we must wait until the order is returned to our warehouse. Once it arrives back we will contact you to resend the order in which you are responsible for the shipping fee of the 2nd shipment.
How long is the warranty period?
With senz° we have a "no nonsense" warranty. No difficult questions, no excuses, just quick and well organized! For our original line the warranty period is 2 years and for our smart line the warranty period is 12 months. More information can be found on our warranty page.
Who can I contact when something is wrong with my senz°?
Officially your vendor is responsible for handling your warranty claim when there is something wrong with your senz°. You can go back to the store of purchase with your receipt and the broken umbrella. There is something wrong with my senz° but I don't have a receipt, what can I do?
If you no longer have the receipt and you can't return to the store, send an email to customercare@senzumbrellas.com with your story and some photos of the umbrella. For more information please visit our warranty page.
What does the senz° do in a heavy storm?
If you are used to holding a traditional umbrella, it will take some getting used to when conquering the weather with your senz° for the first time. When you hold the senz° loosely in one hand (also see how do I hold my senz° umbrella) it will find the right position in the wind itself. At first you will maybe instinctively want to grab your senz° firmly with two hands and hold it against the wind. But this is not necessary because the senz° is aerodynamic and doesn't need any help! Just think about it as a bird that lets its wings flow through the wind automatically with the different wind directions.
What's the difference between the senz° mini and senz° mini ao?
The biggest difference between the mini and the mini ao is that this last one has an automatic open mechanism. With just one push of a button you are protected against all weather influences! Also the mini ao has a steel shaft what makes it even more stronger than the mini with her aluminum shaft. The difference in sizes you can find on our product page where you can click on the link: ‘model specifications'
What's the difference between the senz° mini and the senz° original?
The biggest difference between the mini and the original is that the mini is a pocket size umbrella which can easily fit in your bag. Also the original has the unique patented rib system what prevents the umbrella to flip. Because the mini is a pocket size umbrella, she doesn't have the unique rib system and therefore is more vulnerable during strong winds. For this reason we advice to not use the mini above wind force 8 while the original can easily hold up until wind force 10.
What's the difference between the original line and the smartline?
The senz° collection consists of two product lines: the senz° original line and the senz° smart line. The senz° original line is what started our adventure, and they´re simply said, the best umbrellas in the world! You can find the senz° original line in designer stores, luxury leather goods stores and the better department stores, with prices between €42.95 and €59.95.
Five years after the introduction of the senz° original line, we wanted to expand our senz° fans by emphasizing on affordable fashion. Therefore, we gave birth to the senz° smart line, a new line of storm proof umbrellas with funky and cheerful prints, with prices already at €24.95!
Both the original line as the smart line have the familiar aerodynamic senz° shape, so that the umbrellas always find the most comfortable position in the wind and don´t go inside out!. The difference between the two lines is that we saved on a few details of the smart line, so that we could give it a more affordable price. Visible differences are for example the eyesavers, the opening mechanism and the handle. The smart line has basic rounded caps on the end of the ribs, a plastic sliding mechanism to open the umbrella and a modern, ergonomic handle, while the original line umbrellas are provided with the patented eyesavers at the end of the ribs and an integrated opening mechanism in the soft and comfortable handle. Another important difference is that the original line umbrellas are treated with an extra uv-coating on the fabric, to protect you against the bright sun too, so that you can enjoy the weather in all circumstances!
In terms of storm resistance, we recommend the smart line to be used at wind force 6-8. Moreover, the smart s (pocket size) until wind force 6 and the smart (stick model) until wind force 8. The original stick models can be used until wind force 10.
