missing parts
When its raining a lot outside we can imagine that you make good use of your senz°! In that case it could happen that you lose a part or after intensive use a part gets damaged. The loose parts of your senz° can't be ordered or bought seperately, but if you let us know, by mailing to customercare@senzumbrellas.com, which part you are missing then we will send a new part to you free of charge!

Also we'd like to receive the PO number of the umbrella for our administration. The PO number of the umbrella can be found in one of the following places: In the notch at the top of the umbrella or inside the handle bar (by pulling down the foam around the handle a bit, you can easily unscrew the cap with the elastic cord on the bottom. Then you'll find the PO number on a sticker inside the handle)
